P.M. Services
Our Preventative Maintenance Service is SECOND-TO-NONE. Preventative Maintenance service will provide you with piece of mind, reliability, minimize your downtime, help to avoid any unnecessary loss in production. We service the major O.E.M.'s. Primus, Steris, and Getinge/Castle. We perform the same, if not more rigorous, P.M. schedule the O.E.M's do. We, at every P.M., check the entire unit. From top to bottom, to verify all parameters are being met. On service calls, we will take more of the same measures. We will actually troubleshoot the machine. We will never just "Throw parts at the machine." In addition to the troubleshooting, we will make any and all of the necessary P.M. requirements. We systematically go through the Preventative Maintenance Checklist, verify all O.E.M parameters are met, and provide you, the customer, with detailed service records. We use O.E.M. genuine parts for replacement, at a substancial discount to you the customer. We have P.M. contracts available. We can provide you with a Time and Material agreements or Labor Only agreements. We also can provide you with on call service only. This allows you to control your maintenance cost, flexability, and sterilizer maintenance times. You call us when you need service. We at Memtec Services are commited to not only you the customer, but also, to your equipment. We will also provide you with In-servicing of your new and old equipment. We will show you how to set it up, run it, and let you know when to call for service. Our Preventative Maintenance services don't just apply to your Sterilizers. All of your equipment is our priority. We can handle the service of your: - Surgical Lights and Tables - Washer / Decontaminators - UltraSonics - Cart Washers - Tunnel Washers - Warming Cabinets - Sinks These items will be handled with the same care and go through the same rigorous maintenance as your Sterilizers.
